I felt this testimonial was long overdue & figured what better time to deliver it than now, as our President probably needs some cheering up!
I passed a referral to Helen of Copylink via our BNI connect app, that was basically a shopping list of a few bits I needed for the office. I wrote it on the run & really could have ordered online (I was being lazy), however Helen quickly responded with a link to various products that I could choose from on my list. Helen made it so easy for me to just go straight to their catalogue page & not waste precious time trawling through pages of stuff I do not need, trying to find the product I want.
Within 24 hours I had had my invoice & I expect the delivery will be with me shortly as it always is whenever I place a stationarity order. I never have to worry if I have left it to the last minute to purchase paper or stamps!
Alongside stationary, I also lease a copier from Copylink & whilst Helen is my main point of contact, I also have high praise for her colleagues Harry & Alex – who also come to my rescue if there has ever been an issue with my machine. I do enjoy watching Harry clean the copier with his feather duster.
They are a cracking team & I feel we are very lucky, not only having Helen in our chapter, but as our President – her reliability even when sporting a corker of a shiner is plain for all to see & her dedication to our group shines through.
I would not consider going anywhere else, although I do confess to once buying highlighters from Poundland which she promptly pulled me up on! I hope Copylink know what a credit Helen is to their company!

Copy Link saved the day for my partner Carole, Helen & Alex went beyond all expectations to help.
We needed to scan 25 old photographs for my father in laws funeral and only had a couple of hours to get this done and downloaded.
Alex actually turned round from his journey home to go back to the office to meet Carole at 5.30pm. He scanned the photographs on to a flash drive in no time at all.
We were able to meet the deadline to get the photographs uploaded to the website just in time.
The photo montage was just perfect and the quality fantastic, some of these photos were over 90 years old. This helped to make my father in laws funeral even more special, with his family & friends from all round the world remembering the good times they had all shared.

A few weeks ago, we had an urgent requirement for some specialist absorbent products which we needed for a client who had a leak in their flat when it rained. The contractors were arranged but the weather forecast for the week ahead was not looking great.
We google searched a random supplier and placed our urgent order expecting them to be arriving within 48 hours.
Just as we were expecting to receive the items, we had an e-mail from the supplier saying that they were going to be delayed by a week. Because we needed the items urgently, we couldn’t afford to wait.
Whilst we didn’t think copy link could help, we tried calling Helen anyway to see what advice she could give us. Straight away she told us to email her the details of the item.
That afternoon she managed to call her suppliers and source the very same items, and at a cheaper price. The items were with us the day she said they would be, and we were able to keep the promise we had made to our client.
Helen is such a great ambassador for copy link, and they are extremely lucky to have found such a great employee.

Having shopped around online in the past for inks I decided to check out the Copylink website to see what I could find. Despite having a small retail printer Copylink still had my inks available and at a very competitive price too.

I always turn away cold calls asking to give us quotes for printer business as we are so pleased with Copylink. I never look for alternative quotes as the service we receive more than compensates for any reductions we might gain in price. Their service engineers are second to none - patient. persevering, knowledgeable in their field of expertise, and always prepared to go the extra mile. As a church, Friday is our busiest office day, preparing for Sunday, and there have been occasions when they have been prepared to help us out on their Saturday day-off if required.

I can’t praise Copylink enough, the whole team are so personable.
