Copylink Network quite a bit locally, and we spoke to Chris from Children with Cancer fund, they were looking for volunteers locally to help out at events.
As they are new to the Willingdon area they really wanted to be at The British Queen Fun Day, but did not have enough volunteers, we gladly stepped in to help raise awareness and set up the stall for some games and let everyone know what the charity do for families that are going through such a difficult time.
Please take a look at what this wonderful charity do, we know it was over £2,000 raised that day, but will let you know when the count has been done with the update.
